No, payment is not taken immediately. When you enquire, we’ll create an application for the ad owner to review. If approved, a payment request will be sent, and the transaction will be managed within the portal.
Unless otherwise specified by the ad owner, your ad term will begin once the owner has received both the ad materials and the payment.
No, you have full control over creating and managing your ad space without needing to purchase a package if required.
All our publishers are verified through their linked Stripe account when they sign up to the platform. We have also implemented a system that allows us to track communication between customers and publishers. If you have made a payment and do not receive the expected communication or services from the publisher within the agreed-upon timeframe, you can flag this issue to us and we will get involved.
To post an ad listing, sellers must verify their identity through a Stripe account. This ensures they are a legitimate organisation and provides a safeguard for issuing refunds if necessary. Additionally, this process helps prevent bots from creating fake accounts. If anyone asks you to take the transaction offline, we strongly advise against it, as this could expose you to scams.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on the ad owner’s refund policy. However, since all payments are processed securely through Stripe, there are mechanisms in place to help resolve disputes and protect buyers.
