Banbury United Football Club
Sports and Leisure
Established in 1931, Banbury United Football Club is North Oxfordshire’s largest football club.
Proudly owned by the community, we are known affectionately as ‘The Puritans’. Our home is the Banbury Plant Hire Community Stadium, right in the heart of the town.
Our men’s first team competes in the Southern League Premier Central, supported by our U18 Development squad. The Banbury United women’s team plays in Division 1 of the Thames Valley Counties Women’s Football League.
We boast a thriving youth set-up with twenty boys’ and girls’ teams across the region, all proudly wearing the Banbury United red and gold. Beyond football, we’re committed to our community, offering various sporting programmes and serving as a social hub.
