Our founders worked together for over ten years at a contact centre solution and speech analytics reseller. They saw organisations become increasingly frustrated with providers that over-promised and under-delivered on features, support, and resilience. Determined to enhance the employee and customer experience, MaxContact was formed. Since then, the business has become one of the fastest-growing contact centre specialists in the UK and, in 2024, launched an AI speech analytics solution to grow its solutions further.

We work across three verticals, Sales, Collections and Customer Service, which leads to us working with customers in the contact centre space, BPOs, debt collection agencies as well as utilities, insurance and legal.
